Horrible service. They aren't supposed to charge for tape and the lady wouldn't secure my package to ship unless I paid to tape it. I've shipped for years and I mean years with ups and never had to pay to secure the package. She wouldn't let me ship in my box. Wanted me to pay to fill it or for a new box. Horrible service. Never have I ever had ups tell me I can't ship in the boxes I bring. All about money here. Greedy people. If I could put negative stars I would.
