I went in to ship a textbook back to where i rented it from and they were denied from the place to give the textbook back. UPS said they called me ONE time about it to get my textbook back. I had never gotten a call from them or even a voicemail. What kind of business doesn't contact the customer for a situation like this? How long were they going to hold my textbook for? I had to get it from them 3 months later when i got an email from the textbook renter saying they still haven't received my textbook. Now i have all these late fees i have to pay for the lack of communication and service this place provides.
