I have been a customer for 5 years and they changed their po box hours without notifying the customers . online the hours are open to assess po box 24 hours but when you go to the post office it is closed. It new hours are 0800 to 1700 and closed on Saturdays at 1300 also closed on Sundays. This is unacceptable after I just paid for the new year. They do not answer their phones at all Monday thru Friday.
