I'm writing to share my disappointment with the Post Office here not providing parcel bins for the best mail carrier that your office has. I live in the Eagle Point appartments for 10 yrs and Michelle the mail carrier has been delivering and making sure we all get our mail for as long as I've lived here and alot longer from what she has told me.But due to the Post Office lack of response I understand she is now taking another route due to the wear and tear she endures luging those large parcel up and down stairs and elevators> We need her to keep her route here because she knows it well and is the most friendly & caring person without a doubt that you have on your staff. All the tennants especially myself look forward each day for Michelle to show up. Not so much for the mail but for her vibrant and friendly personalility. Please get her those parcel bins! I like to also add that this day 7/9/2016 that I recieved mail from someone who hasn't lived here in at least 10 years. This is the first day we now have a new mail carrier and I'm getting mail that is not mine. If Michelle was still on this route that wouldn't of happened.
