If I could give 0 stars I would. They delivered my package of expensive items to the wrong house. Then they told me they sent it back to sender when they realized it was the wrong address. The sender never received my package back and won’t issue me a refund until they get it back. And now the post office won’t respond to any of my emails and calling is such a hassle. This has been a nightmare and I’m BEYOND disappointed with the post office for messing up so badly.
