If you are looking to set up a nightmare for yourself and business then go with these guys. They will be sure to inform you of a specific date of drop, then when you go to follow up the week before they will toss you around to a few different individuals and then when no one has any answers they won’t pick up any of their phones. I was set to purchase 23 K beds for my 62 room hotel and I haven’t been able to reach anyone from the company the 2 days leading up and now it’s a day after the beds were supposed to be delivered and no one is answering. I can only assume they sold to someone else for a better price. I understand you are a business but you don’t have the decency to at least tell me you sold them? I am a very considerate and understanding individual but there is nothing about this company that would make me want to use them. Again, they will tell you everything then not return your calls. I haven’t been messed over many times in business but this is one of them. Thanks for the horrible service Tyler and Leonard. I hope that it’s both of your company so you are destroying your own business and name, not someone else’s.
