Terrible communication, terrible quality of work, terrible and tax planning and preparation. Not a great customer service oriented group. The phones never get answered. I always hear from Samy at the end of the day when he finishes with his customers. Like I’m not a customer and I come last on his schedule. We pay him top dollar to get treated like a stinky diaper. This guy needs a reality check and that his business is a rip off. There are plenty of CPA out there that want your business. This guy is not one of them.
