I bought a maybelline concealer from this ulta location and it was Clearly a used product that was resealed. When I opened it the cap was full of makeup and all around the tube had makeup. The resealing job was poor too. It was quite obvious it was resealed but I just thought it was maybe defective because I didn’t think ulta would sell used products. When I returned to the store the cashier insisted they didn’t reseal products but the proof was right in front of me. They did not own up to it nor apologize for selling me a used product. That is completely unsanitary, wrong, and against their policy. Shame on management!
