only game in town. they know it. piss poor customer service. slow, printer never worked each of the 3 times i was there. told me i would get a refund for the days i did not use the rental (week allowance) hustled to my destination 1800 miles away. there is no such thing. i am beyond ticked off, but what can you do? we've had to use them for years. only bright spot - the guys who work outside hooking you up. they were nice, friendly, efficient
