Horrible customer service very unprofessional if you can try to go to another U-Haul. Yelp review shows how horrible this business is. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. 2 days prior to arriving, I show up early they tell me I would need to wait until 8:30 because they overbooked people. I wait and notice them taking people ahead of me so I asked them what was going on and they said they were having "issues with the system" thats bs I wasn't born yesterday they forgot about me. I finally left over an hour later no apologies it's ridiculous how unfair this place is.

Great place! I was renting a uhaul for the toys for tots. Gentlemen at the place, I feel bad I forgot his name. He helped out and discounted the uhaul. This place has my business for life. Didn’t have to do that, but I greatly appreciate it.
