Careful with this one. Owner Sherry always has to have drama with at least one tenant. They are wildly inconsistent with the ways they enforce rules, they pick favorites, and if you are particularly unfortunate they pick you as the target of the month. It wasn't even the issues or rules, it was her instantly aggressive, antagonistic and condescending way she treats her tenants. Everyone who has lived there for awhile knows exactly what I'm referring to. Better either be wealthy, or willing to show your humble gratitude to her for "allowing" you to pay to stay there.
