Dr. Ryan (Chiropractor), Vera (Nurse Practitioner) and Jack, the Physical Therapist of Sierra Functional Medical are the absolute “best in the business”. 4 years after retiring from the Marine Corps, and for no apparent reason, my neck and shoulder started aching constantly. I ignored the pain in hopes that it would correct itself but instead it grew much worse overtime. This resulted in severe pain, body stiffening and terrible posture from moving only when necessary, I was a train wreck at the age of 52. I went to Sierra Functional Medical for treatment by the Chiropractor, but was treated by a Chiropractor for bone & body adjustments, Nurse Practitioner for trigger point injections (no steroids), and a Physical Therapist for therapy in stretching and traction. Sierra Functional Medical is “amazing”, and I highly recommend and encourage anyone and especially Veterans, to do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Sierra Functional Medical for treatment asap, they will fix you!
