I was the only one in line and had to wait 12 minutes to pick up my online order. Completely ridiculous customer service in here. Finally one of two women that were chit-chatting with each other while stocking shelves finally came to help me out. The person of the return counter was facing some customer that was trying to do some shady stuff and was already there a long time before I arrived. That's great customer service, punish your pain customers by shoving them in the return line. While I was standing there, nine people were helped through the regular lines. And they call this Express pick up? Good riddance, I hope that Amazon takes this place out.
