I was pleasantly surprised on how great my service was. Ivan the service technician was very polite and answered all my questions with a smile. He made me feel welcomed and was very prompt as I had to go back to work. He followed up later in the day to inform me of the details of my car and answered All lol my questions without sounding agitated. I commend Ivan on being such an asset to Toyota and making customers feel important and cared for.
As far as the finance guy, Rico , he was extremely great. Very kind, pleasant, and professional. Not a single issue with him. I'll give him 5 stars. The process of getting it financed was not so good. I was given a certain rate but then Toyota wouldn't finance it through Toyota. Had to go a different route & that fell through. Then went through another place and they wouldn't honor the rate I was quoted. Then Rico went through ANOTHER place and as far as I know, it's good??? My credit score is in the 800's so I was very frustrated with all this. Had I known that it was going to be done this way, I wouldn't have bought the car!!!
Had a great experience working with the part department. David was extremely professional and patient in assessing my needs. David took the time to email me a diagram showing all the parts I needed for my Toyota to be sure we order the correct parts. All I had to do is click on the order link and turn the quote into an order and that was it. David also called me promptly to pick up my parts. I'm a small retail customer but was treated so well that I needed to write this review. Super happy customer. Thank you David, thank you Toyota of San Bernardino.
