They made the already painful process of buying a car even more painful. They were so slow about everything! They claim the price listed is a flat rate but do not be fooled, they have extra fees on top of the price. They did not listen to my requests about removing a bumper sticker, not needing insurance, or waiting till a specific date to cash a check.
