Don't take your clothes for dry cleaning with them. Very bad and untrustworthy customer service. They lose your clothes, and then they don't take responsibility for it. The admindistrator Johanna only tells you they are going to take care of it, but they don't. When asking her what was she going to do about it, she asked me if I had really taken my clothes, and that they were going to check the video recording no matter I had my receipt on hand. Later on she said she had talked to the owner, and that they were going to replace my clothes, but they didn't. When calling her for an update, she said she didn't even know what I was talking about, and that she was going to call me back, but she never did. I went 3 times to claim for my clothes, and they just played the fool, and never solved the issue. What kind of business is that if they don't take care of customers seriously including Johanna, the administrator? I can replace my clothes, but never the trust on them. I will never take my clothes for dry cleaning to them again. If you don't want to lose your clothes and your money, don't take your dry celaning to them either.
