Titan Shops

As I was checking out textbooks with my daughter on the second floor of this store, I witnessed a gentleman cut the busy check out line and scolded a cashier (seemed like some sort of manager because he blurted out "I work here!" to the cashier but the gentleman did not seem to be wearing any sort of uniform). The cashier was in the middle of talking to a customer at his register. Seems like a terrible atmosphere to work in. Very unprofessional to scold employees in such a manner in public. Will not be buying books from here again if they treat student workers this way.
