Thompsons Toyota

Over the weekend I went into Thompson’s and I could not be more happy to go through with them. We were immediately greeted by Roy and he helped me out with everything I needed. Roy was amazing in every aspect possible. He worked with my budget, was extremely polite and spent hours with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. He gave my significant other and myself enough space to talk without having to worry about him listening in and his boss (I believe his name was Randy) was also very attentive to our needs. We did have to wait awhile to sign as they were short staffed but Roy & Randy kept checking in on us and even offered free oil changes on our other vehicles for having to wait so long. It was definitely worth the wait. Shannon in financing made sure we understood everything we were signing but was quick enough that we didn’t have to sit there for another hour while signing. Every single person we came in contact with were all genuine and caring. I can’t keep saying this enough but I am so happy with my decision. I definitely will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Thank you Thompson’s for making this such a easy decision for me.
