Thai smile Rancho Santa Margarita

The service is good. The food, especially their brown rice is ridiculous. I studied my second master degree in Thammassat Bangkok and always go thai food, I cook thai foods, too. But their substitute brown rice is a disaster. It's more like khaoniao the sticky rice. After confirm with the waitress what rice is that... , I just can't take it. Glad they change the dish to normal rice... yeah and still charge me for +3 usd substitute brown rice price. I really want to give them 1 star review, but their service is ok, so save it and I'll very hesitate to go there again.
