We had a wonderful time. Check in was quick and friendly. The shuttle to and from the launch/landing area was handled well and seemed very organized. We absolutely loved out flight. Erich, our pilot, was knowledgeable and funny.
The flight itself was amazing. I am not sure what I was expecting, but the ride was unlike anything I have ever experienced. A little faster at take off (launch?) than I was expecting, and then it is like you are floating...which you are...but peaceful, quiet and relaxing while in the air. The most challenging part was climbing into the basket, which was a LOT easier climbing out than in, for some reason. :)
Prior to our trip, there was a minor snafu (on our side) and we thought it was possible that we were going to have to change the date of our trip, and the team at Sunrise Balloons was VERY helpful and friendly.
Overall, pleasant from the first conversation to the last.
