As a tax preparer myself, I must say Tax Tiger is the best company you can hire if you owe more than 10K! I actually referred one of my tax clients (Ernie Young) to them and their customer service is the best. Everything was also resolved over the phone and my client did not have to personally meet them once and go out of his way. So if your not local don't worry they go above and beyond. They were able to get my client an offer in compromise from $47,000 to $200! Ernie was soo happy and I couldn't be more grateful to see him with a smile on his face. Im just glad his able to sleep at night and can happily retire!
