Tan Oaks campground is tent camping only. There's a restroom with automatic flushing toilet. There are spigets placed randomly for running water so you don't need to be near the bathroom. There's also one outlet over the sink if you absolutely cannot leave your phones. You can get reception if you find a spot.
The road up is a bit narrow and slightly windy so I would not recommend a wide vehicle. It's $26 per night. You can book in advance or take your chances.
Each site has a designated camp fire with a grill you can flip over to use for cooking. Each site also has a picnic table and bear locker to store food.
Showers are down by the ranger station (at least according to their map).
