Food is hit and miss via drive thru and if you want fresh food with short life span such as the potatoes or chulupas, you have to ask otherwise they will give you what been sitting on the line for a while.
If you go thorough drive thru, they will screw up something, old food, wrong order and missed items are my personal experiences out of drive thru, for that reason I always park and do take out order and check my food before leaving.
