Sure, the young man set up my new phone plan by adding my boyfriend and I, but after us telling him that we don't want insurance on the phones when he asked us, he put insurance on them anyways. And he forgot to "switch over the data" from my old phone to my new one somehow. I had to call 611 and have customer service fix it for me. And when he put on the screen protector (which he was kind enough to do so) the edges were not put on correctly to the point where it started to bubble. I pointed this out and he said, "don't use the phone case for a couple of hours and let the screen protector sit until then, which seemed like a logical idea to me since he's the employee. Nope. Continued to bubble and eventually had to get it replaced. And I'm making monthly payments for this accessory. This guy did not know what he was doing and I was not satisfied.
