Very friendly staff. Very polite and efficient. Walked in to get a new phone upgrade with Jump on Demand. They were very happy to help and excited for my upgrade too just as I was! The woman that helped me was extremely nice and quick throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile store as I now will drive further just to come here, because great Customer service makes a difference!
