T-Mobile

I went in for a SIM card after I bought an iPhone at the Apple store. They were accommodating at first, but they wanted to charge me $22 for a SIM card. I've had TMobile for 8 years and have never been late in paying my bill or had to pay for a SIM card. My friend works for a different company and told me the SIM cards should be free since the store gets them for $0.01 each. The manager was rude when I told him I'd rather go get it for free from the Apple store. I'd rather go to a T-Mobile out of my way than this store. The people who worked there before used to offer much better customer service. Watch out. They'll rip you off just to make their commission.
