Went in curious about switching over from sprint. I've been screwed in the past. I was helped by a guy name Joe who was absolutely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also educated me on why the process could at times take longer. The wait is long but this store is worth it. I'd definitely ask for Joe if you were going in.
