AT&T

I've gone twice to make a payment and both times I wasn't able to. The representative couldn't give me a valid reason why I couldn't pay my bill . They said something was wrong with my account however when I called customer service they advised me nothing was wrong with my account and I should've been able to make my payment. Neither time that I've been too the store have I left as a satisfied customer .
