This store is not only UNHELPFUL but lies about being a manager when asked to speak to one. Over an Hour wait just to speak to an in store representative to buy a $900 iphone?! Absolutely unacceptable. 10 year customer w ATT. Switched to T-Mobile and they helped me with a new phone immediately and bought my ATT contract.
