AT&T

Went in with my elderly mother to upgrade her from an I phone 4 and while they were very nice, they told us they could not transfer the content as they didn't have the proper cables after their remodel, huh?! Also said that the Apple Store probably couldn't do it as there were new privacy laws that wouldn't allow it. Once again, they were very nice, but I think a little education (or truth) would go a long way. I searched online and there are multiple ways to transfer everything. I will be buying her a new phone elsewhere. Thanks!
