AT&T

This experience is THE WORST I've ever had with AT&T. I walked into the store and told the man at the desk what was going on with my phone. He told me the reason my phone was doing that, but when I asked him what he would recommend to fix the issue, he shrugged his shoulders. I walked out after 2 minutes and went to the location off of N Euclid and the 5, where I received awesome service

the store manager is very rude! This is private store and they wont provide you services that corporate store would provide..for example changing the old at&t sim card & etc.. I would recommend all to DON'T waste your time on this store rather visit the corporate stores like the one in Seal Beach.
