Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ignored me as I waited in plain sight at desk. Did not provide form to detail problems and defects on tractor, only made cursory notes at bottom of small notepad. I have been waiting for two days now and they have not touched my truck. My load is over 16 hours late now. I am screwed.
