3 hrs and still waiting to be seen in the Urgent Care - I understand that there can be wait time but telling people they are advised to stick around else their appointment will be cancelled sounds like "our time is more valuable than your time". Wait time also is not as suggested at check in time - mine was max 1.5 to 2 hrs. No updates either - for a hospital this size they could use some tech to streamline the whole process and experience. No cafe so tough luck if you didn't come prepared.
