Worth every penny. He was very upfront with pricing and took his time on the phone with me and really went over the problem in detail. Nothing in the house was going down the drain. It was an older house without a sewer cleanout pipe so we had to pull up a toilet and go through there. He fixed it pretty quick. Then he put a camera down the drain and found an old sewer connection buried in the yard where a cleanout pipe could be installed for almost nothing. So he fixed the problem, showed me the pipes were OK, and if the drains ever get clogged again it'll be several magnitudes easier to fix it. I really couldn't be happier.
