Ive been going here for the last few years. I have been very pleased with the outcome of every service i have aquired there. A shout out to Sam! Thank you Sam you are awesome! :)

I went in to get my hair trimmed I'm trying to cut the black dye out of my hair slowly. My stylist asked how short I was willing to go. I said shoulder length. She promptly cut it into a short bob cut that in no way reaches my shoulder. Im required to put my hair up for work and now have no way to do that. I can't style this hair it just is always ugly. Safe to say I'm never going back its clear the hair stylists don't listen to you.
