We started the process by trying to find a new home first. Jeannie LISTENED to all our needs, and importantly our wants. She showed us numerous homes, patiently understanding if we found even the slightest thing wrong - and we were very picky! When it didn't seem like we were going to find a home in the specific area we were looking for, she helped us select other areas to consider. She kept us informed with up to date information and responded quickly when we wanted to tour a home. We went through multiple negotiations and Jeannie helped keep us positive when our offers weren’t selected.
Once we found the perfect home, we had to begin negotiations. Jeannie was extremely aggressive on our behalf, but educated us if we ever had unreasonable expectations. She creatively came up with solutions to help us keep our desired purchase price, which was below the list price. We had some complex negotiations with a leaseback and tight timelines and Jeannie worked through it all with ease. Once our offer was accepted, Jeannie stayed in constant contact with us as we prepared to fund our loan. There were tons of complexities with the funding due to the size of the loan, the challenging lending market, etc, but Jeannie kept us informed at every step and made sure we met all of our deadlines. Now that we’ve moved into our new home - which we love! - we’ve had numerous realtor solicitors compliment us on what a great deal we bought our home at!
