This community isn't as nice as what you will find elsewhere (like in Sunnyvale) and the facilities are just OK. But, it is a small and quiet community that is off the beaten path, and the plot sizes here due to the odd road configurations can actually be quite large. Several homes here have yards.
The other big reason to chose a community in San Jose over another city is the rent control. San Jose has rent control and Sunnyvale and Mountain View do not. So you know how much your rent is going to be this year and the maximum it will increase next year.
Summerset has a clubhouse, pool, and playground. The clubhouse was recently refurbished.
If you want high speed internet, you will be limited to AT&T DSL (no U-verse) or a wireless internet provider. There is no cable TV or internet in the park.
