Friendly, courteous, helpful, and most of all happy to have me stay as a customer. Plan on staying with you in the future. As far as background, my husband and I have had a storage unit on Hatch Road for quite a few years.--he passed about one month ago and these nice, nice people were the ones who took care of me and most gracious in helping me move from the old unit to the new unit.
