StorAmerica Self Storage

We rented a unit for over 16 years. Was never late 1 time!!!!!!! In January of 2017 we couldn't make the $200.00 payment because my husband had been in ICU for almost 2 years. I was told they would pull out any family pictures & I could pick them up...the rest I just had to let go. Well my husband passed away on June 26. I called to find out about our family pictures & was told things that were of no value were just thrown out :((((((( They got our $ every single month, including the 'insurance' they started charging & the special locks we had to pay for. We had mice or rats that were eating through boxes & destroying clothes. We told them about & nothing was ever done. I have never been more disappointed in a company or their employees!!!!! Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!!!!!!!
