There is not enough parking. You have to back in to park. You have to turn right to exit your spot, cannot turn left. Apparently if you want to leave southbound, you need to do a U-turn in a neighborhood. Whoever thought this up as a safe parking measure was a complete dolt. The signange is poor. Make a bigger lot or improve the signage.
