My husband and I recently made the switch from Verizon to Sprint. Initially we just went in to ask a couple of questions about Sprint's iPhone leasing program and upgrade allowances. After about a gazillion questions, we decided to make the switch from Verizon to Sprint resulting in about a $60 a month savings. We could not be happier with the call coverage and personal service we received. The staff at this location, specifically Jonny, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he sat on the phone for over 30 minutes with Verizon to verify my account change (I apparently forgot my password) so that I could keep my number.
