Sprint Store

I have tried for 4 months to get my bill strained out. All i get is the same old storie. We need to make a phone call. Then they tell you it is all taken care of. But then you get your bill and it has been over chsrged again. We go through this every month. This is the worst service i have ever had. You can notvtalk to anybone at sprint. Because no one will answer. I givevthem a.- 20 on there service. All you get is a run around about everything and try and get your over charges back good luck. They owe 2 months and all i get is it will be taken offvthe next bill. Does not happen. I fill like we have been lied to from the very start.
