Sprint Store

I've had Sprint forever.. And have gone to this store for all of our shopping and servies issues for at least 8 years. It's gone from an A Class in customer service with knowledgeable employees who actually loved helping us.. Now you walk into a cold and unwelcoming staff members. And the management is just as bad. I pay a lot of money for degraded service in ALL areas.. I do have to say that it's not pin pointed to just this one store but in other stores, other states, online live chats and even contacting using phone. I can go on and on with my years of experience with Sprint, I won't tho since it seems no changes are made except in, increasing billing charges, with decreasing performance...
