Horrible service. Main female manager lacks professional communication skills. I changed my family plan according to fit my needs and income and was promised a very good deal. However, once I received my bill I came to realize that no changes were made. I come in to complain to this same manager who I first spoke to and she said she never arranged anything with me. She acted as if I was talking nonsense and that ij had made up everything. This is the third time I deal with this lady and I am very upset with her lack of professional behavior. She has attitude and acts very uninterested in anything I said. She was quick to convince me to go to another phone service rather than help my situation and try not to lose me as a customer. I've been with sprint since the company first started but now I'm happily free of this company and moved on to a friendlier service with a better plan. Beware buying from this location. They have a bad habit of making promises they can't keep.
