The worst experience I've ever had with Sprint! I live in Bakersfield, CA and the service over here is outstanding! I go to this specific location because that was what was closest at the time and it was horrid! The customer service was just outright terrible because everybody was too busy trying to prepare for the regional managers arrival that they thought was a good idea to mention in front of myself! They not only have horrible customer service but had no clue what they were doing including the manager! I had to call the customer care center to get what they messed up fixed! I strongly suggest to whoever is planning on visiting this location to don't!!
