Horrible customer service. Employees make no effort to solve a customer's problem. Jennifer in the front was rude. I stated I'm paying "all this money on insurance" and she sarcastically said "it's not a lot of money, it's only $13" Gone are the days where the customer is always right. Please avoid this store if you can. Bad representation of Sprint.
