No one ever answers the phone, no one responds to e mails. I got one person on the line once , he promised to get back to me and I'm still waiting. Writing a letter didn't help either. Still waiting. Just want to know where is my passport. Its been 8 months now.

We submitted our paperwork for residence permits and were interviewed on a Thursday mornings, The following Tuesday morning, 2.5 working days later, we had our passports back with our residence permits. This is exceptional service!
