It was grossly overpriced for an unreliable connection. We had to reset our POE adapter mutliple times a day. Customer service was really no help to us. It cost close to $300 for installation (keep that in mind). They leave the mast on your house and the cable through the wall after you cancel your service. We switched to ADSL for a faster 14Mbps down for $30 a month... This price is with no contract and no data cap as well. Though the upload speeds are slightly slower at 1.4Mbps. It is justified in the cost (no installation fee) and reliability . Their response to pricing and reliability is a simple copy and paste answer. Hardly any fact to it aside from contact details. I would not recommend this to a friend of family member. Glad we were able to switch!
