Skates on the Bay

The main reason we go here is it's on the bay. The food is mediocre at best. The service takes forever to get. I had a caesar salad with supposed fresh crab. It looked like the crab taken out of a Chicken of the Sea can. It tasted like straw. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years and if you have any doubts to what I say look towards the ceiling and the fans. There is so much dust on them I'm afraid if they ever turn them on they would cover every ones food with dust that's how long they have not been cleaned. Now don't get me wrong I've been coming here for years and will come back again. My wife loves the fresh oysters and to be on the water is wonderful. The servers were always pleasant but they take so long to come back. Just do not go there for a great dining experience.
