I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I received today from this place. I have been here a couple of times before and I've had great experiences. Upon my arrival the lady attempted to skip the complementary foot soak and rushed me to the room to get a "30 min" massage when I had made a reservation for a 50 min body massage. When I asked about the foot soak and why my time had been change she said that they didn't have enough time, that my facial was coming so they changed it. I was so confused because I was not notified. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. This was such an inconvenience for me as I have a 4 year old and had to arrange a baby sitter for my little one.

Went in to get a gift card for my daughter's teacher, had to stand wait and watch while some sort of internal staffing drama was worked out! I would have left and purchased the card ANYWHERE else but it was teacher appreciation week and that's where she likes to go. A far cry from the much more professional former owners!
